Your billing dept's dream: A case note and billing software in one

Here at MediSked, we really love the billing department at agencies.  They remind me of an episode of Seinfeld, where Jerry's postal service carrier - neighbor Newman complains one day that the mail never stops... it just keeps coming and coming! We understand what it's like to always have claims coming and matching them up to documentation and submitting each one by hand and organizing them so when the 835s come back you know how to match them up and reconcile if necessary.  The fact that you have to post to a G/L system (usually Quickbooks or Sage), bill to a different system and track service documentation by hand or with a third system! Whew!! It's not easy and your work usually doesn't get enough credit or exposure in agencies - so we say, Bravo!
