In life, and in software, deciding to do something on your own feels very different from being made to do something.

Being forced into a situation or a change that you're not ready for creates stress, anxiety, and resentment.

On the contrary, entering into a new situation or change that you innately support (because you've made the decision or at the very least contributed to it) is exciting, anticipatory, and far more positive. 

So what does that mean for provider agencies switching to electronic records software or implementing an agency management platform? It means that internal buy-in should be a top priority.
