As providers, you are constantly tasked to not only provide awareness of your services to the community but to also create a community of services and advocacy.  Most agencies at this point have integrated social media as part of their communications strategy to help serve this goal.  Facebook and Twitter are certaintly the most popular standbys and are very good at getting your messaging across and sharing news, pictures and other things going on at the agency.  Hopefully your agency has a Facebook fan page and is making use of that technology.  If not, get to it!!
