The need for more employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a hot topic these days and Microsoft is joining the conversation – in a very positive way.
Last week, the software giant announced a new pilot program with Specialisterne that is focused on hiring people with autism for full-time positions in their Redmond, Washington headquarters.
