We understand what it's like to always have claims coming and matching them up to documentation and submitting each one by hand and organizing them so when the 835s come back you know how to match them up and reconcile if necessary.  The fact that you have to post to a G/L system (usually Quickbooks or Sage), bill to a different system and track service documentation by hand or with a third system! Whew!! It's not easy and your work usually doesn't get enough credit or exposure in agencies - so we say, Bravo!
